Who we are
KeepYourGroup is a private service. Operated by Studio Pyrizhky, Washington State (LLC formation pending). Write to support@keepyourgroup.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
- Emails you send us at support@keepyourgroup.com or hello@keepyourgroup.com, for example to reserve a report or ask a question. We keep what you write: usually your email address, your name if you give it, your group number and your message.
- Page counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without building a profile of you. Like any web host, Cloudflare also handles your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no advertising or tracking pixels, no accounts.
- We don’t sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
- The roster comparison runs in your web browser; your file is never uploaded to us. Notes you type into a report are saved only in your own browser, and clearing this site’s data removes them.
How we use your email
To answer you. If you reserve a report or join the monitoring list, we also use it to send you a payment link when checkout opens. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Until checkout opens, so we can send the payment link. If you ask us to delete your emails sooner, we will. Write to support@keepyourgroup.com.
Changes
We take no payments yet. Before checkout opens, we will update this page to cover payments and report delivery, and show the new date at the top.
